Saturday, October 31, 2009, the Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County (SOMDBA) Powerlifting Team traveled to Mount St. Mary’s University to compete in the Special Olympics Maryland Fall Sports Festival.
This years powerlifting team, also known as Team Valiant Winners, was made up of four athletes. Richard Wallen, Andy Todd, Ian Wright, and Tyrone Washington.

Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County has set a start date for its Powerlifting program.
