Summer Games Wrap-Up and Photos

The Special Olympics Maryland Summer Games was a hot experience for all of the participants.  Even with the excessive heat, all of the athletes gave maximum effort and represented Baltimore County with pride.

The athletes, coaches, volunteers, and management team members of Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County would like to thank the staff of Special Olympics Maryland and the thousand plus volunteers who made the 2010 Special Olympics Maryland Summer Games possible. There is so much work that happens behind the scenes that not many get to see. Staff and volunteers work many late nights and sacrifice time away from their families and friends weeks before the games to make sure all of the athletes of Special Olympics Maryland have the best competition possible.

Your hardwork and your sacrifice is very much appreciated.
