The annual Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County Spring Games took place on Saturday, May 15 at McDonogh School in Owings Mills, MD. Athletes from Baltimore County, Howard County, Charles County, St. Mary’s County, Baltimore City, and Carroll County participated in a variety of track & field events.

The highlight of the day for Baltimore County had to be when David Peace, Melvin Lamb and Annie Taubenfeld competed in high jump. This was the first time that athletes from Baltimore County have participated in the event in over five years.

The Spring Games would not have been possible without the help of all of the volunteers and coaches who gave up their Saturday for the athletes. Thank you for your support of Special Olympics.
