Compete With Our Athletes!

Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County is looking for individuals 22 and up, who do not have an intellectual disability, to train and compete along side Special Olympics athletes in its Flag Football Unified Sports Program.

What is Unified Sports?

Unified Sports is a moving and exciting initiative for higher ability athletes of all ages, from youth to adults. Mixed teams provide the public direct opportunities to experience first-hand the capabilities and courage of Special Olympics athletes. By having fun together, Unified Sports athletes and partners improve their physical fitness, sharpen their skills, challenge the competition and help to overcome prejudices about intellectual disability.

Do you have what it takes to train and compete with the athletes of Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County?

Practices currently take place on  Saturdays’s from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at McDonogh School located at 8600 McDonogh Rd., Owings Mills, MD 21117. When league play starts, Tuesday practices will be added to the schedule take place every week from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
