SOMDBA Basketball 2008 – 2009 Season

The Special Olympics Maryland Baltimore County 2008 – 2009 basketball season is scheduled to begin this coming week.

Practice for athletes interested in participating in individual skills and 3v3 half court basketball will start on Saturday, December 6, 2008. All practices for individual skills athletes, and 3v3 athletes, will take place at Wellwood International School and will run from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.

Practice for athletes interested in participating in 5v5 full court basketball will start on Sunday, January 4, 2009. All practices for 5v5 athletes will take place at McDonogh School and will run from 4:30 – 6:30 PM.

Athletes who are interested in participating, and *volunteers who are interested in helping out with individual skills and 3v3 half court basketball should contact Randy Thomas (Head Coach) at 410-294-9808.
